Personal Benefits Eligibility Date

Your Personal Benefits Eligibility Date is the later of:

1. August 1, 2002; and
2. the first day of the first calendar month following completion of two full calendar months of continuous employment.

Dependent Benefits Eligibility Date

Your Dependent Benefits Eligibility Date is the later of your Personal Benefits Eligibility Date and the date you first acquire a Dependent.
